POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- MANAGEMENT TRAINEE, SALES TEAM. You will report to the Assistant vice president corporate sales and
- Leadership. All interns will be part of a 3 - 6 months program within a team. This program is designed to identify future leaders of management. This program will offer valuable industry and functional insight. You will have the opportuinity to have a mentor and learn from senior executives of the company. during this trainee, you will get to chance to connect with the leaderships of other corporate. This program will help you to grow and gives you an opportunity to enter in this corporate world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and participating in B2B startegic planning
Work on information gathering and implementation
Responsible for onboarding new corporates in gurgaon/ncr.
Generate a pipeline of new corporate engagement, meetings.
Collaborate with HR/ ADMINS/ HOD/ CEO
Assisting with the onboarded corporates with the long term vision and planning
to introduce other products
Evaluate self performance and develop plans for improvement
QUALIFICATION/ CHARACTERISTICS:
Must be currently enrolled as a 1st year in a MBA program
Superior Leadership abilities, communication and interpersonal skills with
learning attitude
Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
Demostrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business
problems.
Must also be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and
ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
