Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Taking RFQ, PO & ensuring payments from customers
- Ensuring ABP/ OSP/ PJP Compliance
- Following up with SCM for material planning & dispatch as per customers requirements
- Customer complaint handling through CCMS
- Timely account reconciliation with key customers
- New Business Development
- Increasing secured sales through LC/BG/Advance
- Material forecasting as per the sales plans & customers requirements
The position will be responsible for executing monthly sales plan in the capacity of CAM
