Pre sales - TL

Role Location: Chennai - Neelankarai

Responsibilities:

• Should be handling different regions or PAN India level
• Should have very good knowledge in generating reports
• Should be expertise in Excel formulas and Pivot tables.
• Should able to handle and Led a team of Min 10 - 15 Associates
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads whenever needed
• Introduce our company's products to potential clients and generate interest
• Qualify leads by understanding the client's requirements and budget
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
• Stay updated on industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Team Lead should have overall experience of 4-6 Years and At Least 1-2 years in handling team 
• Experience in US calling is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage with potential clients and build rapport over the phone
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent in using CRM software and other relevant tools and report preparation.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Working location will be chennai, Being multilingual will be an added advantage
