Role & responsibilities
To work enhancing further, the companys image.
b. To increase value wise and product wise target-based sales and
increase profitability.
c. To maintain the expense budget within the limits, as decided for the entire region.
d. To ensure timely payments of invoices and keep a strong
monitoring of outstanding and dues.
e. To develop Area Business Managers in the present job so as to enable them to take up higher responsibilities.
f. To implement sales promotion strategies and action plans.
g. To implement Company's policies, procedures and systems.
h. To maintain and update records of invoices and collections.
i. To maintain up-to-date sales statistical records of the region, H.Q. wise, Area and product wise.
j. To maintain sales register of all stockiest, products and headquarters month on month, year on year.
k. To resolve any queries pertaining to region in a time bound manner as per superiors guidance and advice.
Preferred candidate profile
a. Supervises work of Area Business Managers.
b. Plans and approves the work programs of Area Business Managers and sends the copies to the Head Office for information.
c. Works with Area Business Managers in the field, visits with them Gym trainers, Sport clubs, Athletes, Stockists, distributors, and institutions.
a. Conducts monthly Area Business Managers' Meets in the region.
b. Recommends confirmation of Area Business Managers to ZBM as well as Head Nutrition at Mumbai.
c. Recommends to the Area Business Managers reorganization of territory, expansion plan's, area division and creating new positions of Area Business Managers to ZBM/ Division Head.
d. Recommends to the Zonal Business Manager / Division Head disciplinary actions against Area Business Managers.
e. Scrutinizes and points out discrepancies, if any, in the expense statements of Area Business Managers.
f. Reports from Area Business Manager on competitors' activities in the field.
g. Takes follow-up measures for collection of sales outstanding.
h. Recommends appointment of Distributors / Stockists and Preferred Dealers for approval to Zonal Business Manager / Division Head.
i. Submits reports in the prescribed form to Zonal Business Manager / Division Head as per stated norms.
j. Reminds substitutes / replacements of Area Business Manager, whenever need arises.
k. Conforms to administrative instructions in all aspects to facilitate the Office to have an effective control over the people in the field.
l. Follow up with Gym Trainers, sports professional to report any Adverse Event with Hetero Healthcares products. Provide Adverse effect reporting form to Gym trainers and Fitness professional as and when required.
m. Forward the filled Adverse effect form or e-mail received, to respective Brand Manager (BM) and Marketing Manager (MM) with a copy marked to Reporting Manager.
n. Further to submission of Report, ensure to provide additional information related to the follow-up of the complaint.
