- Participate in networking opportunities and events
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of business ethics and etiquette
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Flexibility to travel, if required
