Sales Head

Role & responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and lead the Sales & CRM team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with internal sales, supply chain, and production teams to meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Oversee the tracking of sales orders, monitoring dispatches, and managing pending orders against available resources.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to build relationships, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer experience.
• Prepare and present reports on CRM metrics and performance to senior management.
• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer experience management

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate from Indian Institute of Packaging with strong experience in handling B2B Sales/ Institutional sales and managing key accounts.
• Experience required: 10 years+
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must have own conveyance-Car/bike/Scooty.
