Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and the development of new business opportunities

The Head of Sales will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies and managing key accounts.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills

Proven track record in account management and sales

Experience in managing and leading sales teams

Excellent sales management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the bath fittings industry is a plus

Work Timings

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
