Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Identify and recruit potential insurance agents from various sources.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for newly recruited agents.
• Ensure agents understand company policies, products, and sales strategies.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
• Train and motivate agents to generate business in general insurance products.
• Drive sales performance through agent engagement and support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
3. Training & Development of Agents:
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Monitor agent performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
4. Market Expansion & Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agent network.
• Build relationships with potential customers to generate leads for agents.
• Support agents in client meetings, presentations, and policy issuance.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
• Maintain records of agent recruitment, performance, and sales achievements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a related field (freshers with sales aptitude may apply).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to influence and motivate people.
• Basic knowledge of general insurance products is an advantage.
