Nexgen Energia ltd is a leading real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience to lead and grow our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to meet individual and group goals.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Sales Performance: Monitor and improve lead generation, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiation & Closing: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
