Mr n Mrs Pet -Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)

What You'll Do:

- Chat with awesome people (aka future pet parents) over calls, emails, and chats to figure out their perfect pet match.

- Guide them through the process of choosing their furry soulmate-dogs, cats, or maybe even a charming little guinea pig!

- Crush those sales targets like the pro you are (we're talking high-fives all around).

- Build lasting relationships with customers and give them advice that makes them keep coming back.

- Stay on top of follow-ups, keep things organized, and ensure every customer feels valued and supported.

- Be the problem-solver extraordinaire, handling any issues with a smile that can be felt through the screen.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales, customer service, or a similar role where talking to people is key.

- Skills: Killer communication skills-you know how to charm people on the phone or through a keyboard.

- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with computers and learning new tools (bonus points if you've mastered CRMs).

- Attitude: You're a people-person who genuinely enjoys helping others (and maybe cracking a joke or two).

- Flexibility: Fast-paced environments? No problem! You thrive on challenges and stay cool under pressure.

- Education: High school diploma is a must. College creds? Even better!
