Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the Kajaria Ceramics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base by effectively promoting our high-quality tile products. You will be working closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Present and promote our tile products and solutions to clients, emphasizing quality and value.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Support:
    • Offer expert advice and guidance on tile selection based on customer needs and project specifications.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on quotes, product orders, and deliveries to ensure timely service.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tile designs, and competitors' offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer preferences and market demands.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
    • Maintain an organized database of client interactions, contracts, and orders.
    • Manage the documentation and paperwork associated with sales transactions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's tile products, including various materials (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone), designs, and installation methods.
    • Attend product training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand and expand professional connections.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tiles, construction, or interior design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of tile products, materials, and installation methods is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the tiles or construction industry (preferred).
  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, and contractors is a plus.
