Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine tactics and maximize opportunities.
• Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking. Build and expand the customer base in both existing and new markets.
• Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and loyalty.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and meet targets.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of sales figures. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and conversion rates.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address client needs effectively.
