Sales Executive (Immigration)

Position Summary:

The Immigration Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to clients seeking immigration services. This role involves counseling clients on visa options, managing the immigration process, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Counseling & Support: Provide advice on visa options, eligibility criteria, and immigration procedures through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Visa Process Guidance: Educate clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and challenges specific to different countries.
• Revenue Generation: Meet individual and team revenue targets by effectively selling immigration services.
• Document Management: Collect and verify client documents for immigration applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Follow-Up & Payments: Manage payment follow-ups, ensuring timely processing.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on immigration law changes and inform clients about relevant updates.
• Client Relationship Management: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide regular updates on immigration applications.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges and provide solutions to clients during the immigration process.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and generate reports on case status and compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.

Key Selection Criteria

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in immigration advisory or a relevant field.

Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review and manage client documentation.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client issues effectively.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with immigration laws and policies of various countries.
• Awareness of job market trends in countries under the portfolio.
