Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve Sales efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and increase Sales.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues related to loan disbursements, interest rates, or other financial matters.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the region's collections performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
