Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Actively search for new business opportunities and potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. • Assist in the development of sales strategies to target potential clients including homeowners, builders, contractors, and architects. • Identify and qualify leads to generate a steady pipeline for senior sales team members.

Customer Interaction and Support: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. • Provide basic information about windows and doors products, pricing, and availability. • Assist clients with product selection based on their requirements and provide initial consultations. • Schedule product demonstrations or site visits for senior team members
1. Sales Assistance: • Support senior sales executives in preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations. • Help in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials. • Attend meetings with senior team members to understand client needs and negotiate terms. • Assist in closing sales and help with the post-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
Market Research: • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the windows and doors industry. • Research competitors' products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to identify areas of opportunity. • Assist the sales team in gathering market insights and identifying new target markets.
Administrative Support: • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software. • Assist in preparing regular sales reports and update senior team members on sales pipeline and performance. • Help in tracking orders and ensuring that customers receive timely deliveries and installations.
1. Product Knowledge: • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the companys products, including different types of windows and doors, materials, benefits, and installation processes. • Attend training sessions to improve sales and product knowledge.
1. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with senior sales staff, marketing, and project management teams to ensure smooth customer experience. • Provide assistance in organizing promotional events or campaigns to increase product visibility
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of windows and doors products, construction industry, or home improvement solutions is a plus. • Familiarity with the local market in Hyderabad. • Female candidates are preferrable
