Job Summary:

The Vendor Management Executive at TradeBridge will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, and negotiating contracts. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Identification & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals for TradeBridge.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that vendors adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve vendor management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Software Sales/Business Development.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
