Sales Engineer

Job Description / Responsibilities

General Purpose UCAM is looking for a sales engineer that can explain how the technical aspects of their solutions might help customers solve their challenges. A good sales engineer will always be searching for ways to improve their product and make it more desirable to the customer. Main/ Essential Task To closely work with internal sales team and marketing team
To achieve the order booking sales target
To work with sales team across regions
Integrity, hard work discipline in executing the roles
To generate new leads
To develop markets and communicate USP s of the product
Knowledge on CRM like Salesforce or SAP C4C Competencies Required

Proven track record selling complex industrial products
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Skills Required Excellent oral written communication skill
Negotiation skill
Sales Closures skills
Handling customers complaints
Ability to identify new business opportunities
M/S office skills and Google Workspace

Presentation skills
Good aptitude ability to learn quickly
