Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Head and a dynamic team of 50 sales professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the sales department, including coordination of schedules, monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies. The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining communication between the sales team, management, and clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordination: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and sales activities for a 50-member sales team, ensuring effective time management and task prioritization.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, proposals, and presentations. Ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date and readily available.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key sales metrics, including weekly and monthly sales performance, team productivity, and individual achievements.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure clear communication and seamless operations.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Assist in CRM system management and data entry.

Working Conditions:
