Job Description

  • Assist the Sales Managers in the sales process by coordinating with different departments to help execute the order, such as.
    • working on enquiries,
    • sending quotation to clients,
    • keeping track of all enquiries, reverted to client / leads,
    • following up with purchase team for rates,
    • taking drawing from QC department Drawing team for new development.
  • Keeping the client updated on the progress of the shipment.
  • Inter departmental co-ordination viz. purchase team, warehouse team, etc.
  • Should be well versed and have knowledge of MS Office - excel, word, outlook and power point.
