Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of mobile phones, laptops, mobile accessories, Samsung IMS, Vivo Sales, Apple products to provide expert advice to customers.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve knowledge.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or related field (mobile sales).
  
• Strong understanding of mobile phone technology including smartphones from various brands such as Samsung IMS & Vivo Sales.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
