Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead & Branch head you will be responsible for

* Achieving Sales Targets of the Regional Office

* Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.

* Deciding strategies to enhance the sales.

* Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to increase sales for the office.

* Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

* Arranging advertising to promote the property

* Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database

* Making appointments and showing buyers around a property

* Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price

* Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

* Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

* Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

* Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales.

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.

* Must possess a valid bike license and have a reliable mode of transportation.

* Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
