Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and sale of Rightease product to customers. This role involves developing marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales deals. Sales Enablement and customer retention. Providing feedback to management regularly.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Rightease Product.
Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and target markets.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, and qualify leads.
Actively reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, one to one sales pitch and schedule online meetings.
Understand the customers needs and provide product for free trail and demos and highlight the features and benefits of the product.
Negotiating with customer reaching out the agreements, and closing deals.
Adapt sales strategies accordingly to Market conditions.
Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reporting clearly highlighting the stats on various metrics, tasks and activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate (B.Tech/MBA) from good institute.
0- 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling specially to enterprise customers, building a network of B2B clients, scouting, nurturing relationships.
Open to work in any time zone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Self-stater and goal driven to achieve targets.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Perks and benefits
During the initial 3-6 months probation period, the annual compensation will be set at Rs 2,00,000 per annum. Upon successful completion of the probation, the annual compensation will be increased to Rs 2,40,000 per annum.
Furthermore, an attractive incentive structure is in place for every new customer you bring on board. You'll receive a 20% incentive based on the customer's payment for the first year, and a 5% incentive from the second year onward. 5% incentive each year will continue until the customer concludes their engagement with us.
