Job Description
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team

- Sales Targets:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strategies to maximize sales and revenue
- Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients
- Highlight product features, advantages, and benefits
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Use market insights to tailor sales strategies
- Marketing:Content Creation:Develop engaging and persuasive marketing content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
- Digital Marketing:Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotion
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts
- Events and Promotions:Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches
- Collaborate with event organizers and sponsors
- Brand Awareness:Increase brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
- Work on positioning the brand effectively in the market
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing strategies

I already worked in Dhanbad Jharkhand location no distributor ready to work with SRMB due to company policy,culture was good.
Company member was not good behaviour. and many more things.i just suggest to everyone pls don't join this company for career growth.
