Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and produce visually engaging graphics for HR-related communications, such as employee handbooks, onboarding materials, benefits guides, policies, and training presentations.
• Create graphics and visual content for job postings, recruitment ads, social media campaigns, and career website elements that align with the companys employer brand.
• Develop internal communication designs, including newsletters, posters, infographics, and other visual content to foster employee engagement and communication.
• Ensure that all HR materials maintain consistency with the companys overall visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Design training sessions, including flyers, banners, and digital assets.
• Create designs for internal employee recognition campaigns, awards, and celebrations that highlight achievements and milestones.
• Develop reusable design templates for HR communications that can be used for ongoing or future materials, ensuring ease of use for the HR team.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Freelance Graphic Designer on retainership basis to support our Human Resources team by creating visually appealing and effective designs for HR related communications. You will be responsible for designing internal and external materials that convey important HR information, enhance employee engagement, and reflect our companys culture. This role will involve creating graphics for employee onboarding, training materials, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and more.
