Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in new client acquisition, client servicing, and key account management. The primary role is to sell franchises of exciting domestic and international brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage large Corporate sales team & their productivity
  • Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential,and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Network with small business people and investor in order to establish potential business ventures.
  • Attend Networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned recommended events.
  • Maintain regular contacts to carry out programs and to explain specialized matters, or occasional contacts with officials at higher levels on matters requiring cooperation, explanation and persuasion.
  • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Makes recommendations or decisions as required.
  • Selling Franchisee and exploring new markets across India.
  • Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
  • Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel.
  • Should be confident with the team handling role to drive productive sales.
  • Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses,
  • Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) to the prospective Franchise Partner

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master of Business Administration in marketing and Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in the Franchising industry
  • Strong understanding of the Franchising industry and its competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong in team management, negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
