2. Mentor and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

Partnership Development
1. Forge strategic partnerships with global organizations, governments, and institutions.
2. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
3. Collaborate with partners to drive business growth and expansion.
Performance Monitoring
1. Track and analyse global KPIs: revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition.
2. Assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
3. Adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Essential:
1. Masters degree in Business, International Relations, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or marketing.
3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding global presence.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
6. Ability to travel extensively (50%).
7. Fluency in multiple languages (desired).
