Key Responsibilities

3. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.


Market Expansion

1. Assess market potential, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations for new markets.

2. Develop market entry strategies, adapting business models as needed.

3. Establish local presence, including partnerships, subsidiaries, or offices.


Team Leadership

1. Lead and manage a team of international business development professionals.

2. Mentor and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

3. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.


Partnership Development

1. Forge strategic partnerships with global organizations, governments, and institutions.

2. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.

3. Collaborate with partners to drive business growth and expansion.


Performance Monitoring

1. Track and analyse global KPIs: revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition.

2. Assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

3. Adjust business development strategies accordingly.


Essential:

1. Masters degree in Business, International Relations, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or marketing.

3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding global presence.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

6. Ability to travel extensively (50%).

7. Fluency in multiple languages (desired).
