.Net Developer - C#/MVC (4-8 yrs)

Job Title : Senior .Net C# Developer (Mid-Level).

Position Type : Full Time.

Location : Marathahalli, Bengaluru 560037 (Hybrid schedule will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely).

Shift Timings : 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (India Standard Time).

Summary :

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced .Net Developer to join our team building and support our loan origination system.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical abilities in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies, particularly .NET C#, MVC Core, REST APIs, Microservices and Azure.

The Developer will work in an onsite/offshore environment and will collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

This position reports to the Director of Application Development and is based out of our Bangalore office.

We offer a hybrid work environment that will overlap with the Dallas, Texas team's schedule to allow collaboration and support.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures and queries to meet the application data requirements.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of code quality.

- Contribute to process improvements by embracing and promoting Agile methodologies.

- Offer guidance and technical support to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools and technologies.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and present solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.

- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with C# for server-side development.

- Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and queries.

- Proven experience with APIs and system integrations.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment (onsite/offshore) and manage tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience :

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as KnockOutJs or ReactJs.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Experience in the financial services sector, lending frameworks, or regulated industries.

- Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.

- Domain knowledge in the financial industry.

- Loan Origination/Management and payment processing a huge plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities : This position is not responsible for supervising staff.
