Graphic Designer cum Video editor AND Social Media Specialist

We are looking for Graphic Designer cum Video editor and Social Media Executive/Sr Executive for Noida sector 62.

Location: Noida One building, Sector 62, Noida
Working days: 6 days a week, work from office

Key Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer cum Video editor:

• Create and design visually engaging content for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements etc.
• Develop branding and marketing collateral, such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet brand guidelines and messaging.
• Edit and optimize images and graphics for use in digital and print formats.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's visual identity.
• Collaborate with other designer, marketer, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging video editing software/tools, design software etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design work.
• Prepare final design files for print or digital publication, ensuring proper formatting, colour profiles, and resolution.

Required Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Min 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing/motion graphics/video editing tools.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro etc).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video specifications.
• Experience with After Effects or other animation tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout, video formats, compression techniques, and export settings.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and feedback.

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media Executive/Sr Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to build brand presence, engage with customers, and ensure brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive/Sr Executive:

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and curate engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
• Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling and posting content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring social media trends.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the company stakeholders to create and execute social media campaigns that align with business goals.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and identity are consistent across all platforms.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, communities etc.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of digital trends.
• Paid Social Ads: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

Required Candidate profile:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in social media management with an agency or a company.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Creative writing skills and ability to craft engaging content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media marketing is a plus.
