Senior Resident Doctor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Resident Doctor to lead our medical team at a well-established healthcare facility in Surajpur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing OPD, emergency care, ICU operations, and a solid understanding of hospital administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in gynecology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Manage and supervise OPD, emergency services, and ICU units effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the medical team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Offer consultations and support to the gynecology department as needed.
- Evaluate and improve clinical processes for better patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in hospital management and clinical care.
- Strong expertise in handling OPD, emergency cases, and ICU operations.
- Experience in gynecology will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
