About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented C++ Quant Developer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our high-performance trading systems, working closely with quantitative researchers and traders.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C++ code for trading algorithms and infrastructure.
- Implement quantitative models and trading strategies in a production environment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of trading systems to ensure stability and accuracy.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate complex mathematical models into efficient code.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading platform and infrastructure.
- Analyze market data and identify potential trading opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trading systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming, including modern C++ (C++11/14/17 or later).
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with high-performance computing and low-latency programming.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with quantitative finance or algorithmic trading.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and time series analysis.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
