Role & responsibilities For Cluster Operations Manager : -

The Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities within a cluster of bank branches. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient branch operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to compliance and security standards. The Cluster Operations Manager will lead a team of branch staff, set operational goals, and work to optimize processes to meet the bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple bank branches within the assigned cluster. Ensure branch activities align with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor and maintain branch cash levels and security protocols. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for branch operations.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and provide guidance.

Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development for branch employees.

Customer Service Excellence:

Promote a customer-centric culture within the branches, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure branches adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with operational and security standards.

Identify and mitigate operational risks within the cluster.

Financial Management:

Monitor branch performance metrics, including transaction volume, revenue, and expenses.

Develop and implement strategies to improve branch profitability.

Control operational costs within budgetary constraints.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and streamline operations.

Monitor the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Make data-driven recommendations to enhance cluster operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

The Sales Manager for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) is responsible for leading and driving the CASA sales efforts within the organization. This role plays a critical part in acquiring new customers, increasing CASA deposits, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager for CASA will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate sales strategies, and ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase CASA acquisition and grow deposits.

Set sales targets and goals for the CASA team and monitor progress toward achievement.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of CASA Sales Executives.
