Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects with multiple product teams.
Analyze research results and convey relevant insights to the appropriate stakeholder in the most engaging and actionable manner
Use other data available (market research, analytics, customer service team insights) to shape the most appropriate user research that will offer deeper insights into how our researchers are using the vast and complex landscape of services to achieve their goals
Share findings within the project, domain, and UX team
Contribute to community training run by the UX Research team
We Value
3-5 years if industry experience in driving UX research alongside product teams
You have experience in researching the different stages of product development and you are always willing to try out new approaches to share and apply the findings of your research
You can communicate your research in a way that it s easy for stakeholders to understand how to act on
You have experience working with remote teams and you always do your best to involve stakeholders and team members from other countries in your research activities
You have experience managing projects involving cross functional teams
