We are looking for a young and dynamic professional for the role of Executive/Associate (IP Filing & Docketing) for our IP Prosecution team at Sagacious IP. Please find the below JD for the reference.

• Working Days in a week: - 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:

• Manage all email correspondence between clients and associates regarding patent and trademark filings, updates, and inquiries.
• Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for clients and associates, ensuring all relevant details are included.
• Communicate key updates, deadlines, and action items related to patent and trademark applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external associates to gather necessary information and respond to client queries.
• Ensure that all communications are in line with legal and procedural requirements.
• Maintain a clear record of all communications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
• Updating and maintaining daily dockets and tracker sheet for clients worldwide and following up on patents/designs/ trademarks application filings, prosecution, etc. with clients.
• Updating software databases, formulating and sending emails.
• Supporting attorneys in IP filings and prosecution (Indian and International).
• Proof-reading of patent documents and identify errors made by patent Office and/or by applicant.
• Checking bibliographic, assignment and priority details from IP Office registers, file histories and assignment databases.
• Checking IPO website on daily basis and reporting on any news item.
• Assist in quality assurance review for patent filings by noting and referring any errors or omissions during docketing to attorneys.
