Experience: 3-7 years in HR, preferably with project management experience
Qualification: Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus)

About the Role

The HR Projects Specialist will spearhead HR initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance employee engagement by managing critical projects across the HR spectrum. If you're passionate about driving change and aligning HR strategies with business goals, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Projects Management

• Lead and implement HR projects like HRIS, eOnboarding, and employment policy development.
• Manage phases of HRIS implementation, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.

2. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance HR workflows.
• Use methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to optimize HR operations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

4. Change Management

• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new tools and policies.
• Facilitate training sessions and create communication plans for rollouts.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze project outcomes and their impact on HR metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports for senior management.

6. Technology and Systems

• Support implementation of HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for system customization and optimization.

7. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience: 3-7 years in HR with project management exposure.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), ATS, and project tools (Asana, MS Project). Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
