Job Title - Customer Service Representative
Job Location - Gurgaon
Need Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions in
our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute ideas for
enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve
skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate will be preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM tools .
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
