The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company, managing the administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office
This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department
Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Develop and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity
Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
Handle complex administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:Experience in an administrative management role
