Job Description

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Handle bookin-g changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Resolve client queries, complaints, and travel-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track sales performance, and report sales activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Any graduate/post-graduate.
  • Excellent customer focus strong communication skills, self-driven and has a passion to pursue a career in travel.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated individual who can deliver continuously under a target driven sales environment.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
  • Personal travel experience will be an advantage.
