Management Representative Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations.
• Establish and implement processes in the organization as per ISO standards.
• Conduct internal audits, maintain documentation, and facilitate external audits.
• Represent management in ISO and organizational audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve process-related issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on process metrics and quality improvements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and evolving regulatory standards.

• Strong understanding of ISO compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in quality & process audits.
• Proficiency in quality management systems.
• Ability to analyze and report on process metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in training and development related to quality standards.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, process standardization, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO compliance and quality control methodologies.
• Process Oriented.
• Prior experience in solar, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors is preferred.
