Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Raising Sales invoices, delivery challan
• Making E-Way Bills and E Invoice & Preparation
• Monthly GST return filling
• Monthly payment of TDS and Quartey TDS return filing
• Monthly PT ESI and PF return filing
• Audit preparation and Support to internal and statutory auditors
• Maintain records of Import and Export transactions
• Keeping track of Bills Receivable and Payable
• Ensuring and doing correct day-to-day transaction accounting
• Debtors and Creditors Management
• Reconciliation
• Preparing and Analyzing MIS
• Ensuring timely follow-ups and collection of outstanding as per targets
• Maintain monthly Sales Bill Book & Challans

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts role or related field.
  
• Should have sound knowledge of accounts related activities.
• Must have Knowledge of Tally
• Good Knowledge of TDS and GST
• Detail oriented, Ability to multitask.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
