Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Financial knowledge - highly numerate with high degree of accuracy
  2. Ability to use MS office applications

3. Collate, code & process finance invoices in addition to the reconciliation of statements from suppliers.

4. Full responsibility of creating and cancelling direct debit and standing order payments, ensuring accuracy of data inputting.

5. Preparation of the daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports

6. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.

7. Preparation of quarterly vendor reconciliations

8. Auditing monthly stock takings.

9. Preparation of Profit and loss statements on monthly basis

10. Use a range of office software including email, spreadsheets and database information to produce timely and accurate reports and working knowledge on SAP and Tally software

11. Actively participates in two way communications sharing and exchanging relevant and appropriate information with international Teams

12. Preparation of Budgets/Capex

13. Asset tagging for new assets

14. Cost allocations

15. Working on Export and import taxation with government agencies like, customs, excise, and third parties like CHA and other

16. Working on government subsidy schemes with government authorities

17. Working on GST laws for monthly filings of forms with team

18. Working on product costing and providing inputs to CEO on product costing

19. Able to communicate and work with auditing team for quarterly, biyearly and yearly internal and external audits

20. Ensure financial controller role for site by providing timely inputs and suggestions

21. Building SOPs and work instructions and drive compliances

22. Able to drive GATE IN/OUT, stores GRN, invoice processes,

23. Improve Supply chain operations efficiency

24. Financial discipline and compliances
