Chartered Accountant

Chartered Accountant with atleast 6 months of experience in Direct & indirect tax. Knowledge of Income tax, GST ,TDS , Appeals are mandatory. Knowledge of compute tax will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Direct & Indirect Taxation:
• Provide comprehensive tax advisory services on Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes.
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, companies, and other entities.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and minimize tax liabilities.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, investments, and other financial decisions.
• Tax Audits & Appeals:
• Represent clients before tax authorities during tax audits and assessments.
• Prepare and file appeals against tax assessments and orders.
• Handle tax litigation matters and represent clients in tax disputes.
• Compliance & Advisory:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and case laws.
• Provide proactive tax planning advice to clients to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional tax advisory services.
• Understand client business needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
• Proactively identify and address client tax concerns.
