Join our real estate marketing team as a Social Media Content Designer and Video Specialist! Were looking for a creative professional with a strong passion for storytelling to design engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and videos, while crafting eye-catching marketing materials that elevate our brand presence.

Role & responsibilities

• Create dynamic social media posts, reels, flyers, and email templates.
• Produce engaging video content, including storytelling-driven client testimonials and property promotions.
• To generate ideas and design high-quality visuals that tell a compelling story for website & social media content.
• Capture moments at company events to create shareable social media content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to maximize engagement.
• Use the power of storytelling to create content that resonates with the audience and highlights the unique value of properties.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video content creation, and storytelling.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
