Architect - / Interior Designer For Real Estate company

Role & responsibilities

• Create functional interior designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Be a part of all design meeting and prepare MOM for the same.
• Co-relate all MEP and Structure drawing for any discrepancies with the architectural drawings before issue to the site.
• Architect with Auto CAD, Design, BOQ, contracts skills.
• Work closely with architects and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Visiting the site regularly and improvising the design based on site inputs.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, particularly within the real estate or architecture industries.
• Proven experience working on residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Familiarity with various interior materials and knowledge of furniture, kitchen & wardrobe, and decor sourcing for different project types.
• Creative mindset with a passion for interior design and innovation.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working with architects, contractors, and clients.
