Commissioning Engineer

Job Brief:
We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to do training of high end robotic devices in hospitals and clinics while meeting reputed doctors and medical professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and comfortable with using high end technology such as robotics, medical devices or other critical electro-mechanical equipment.

This role requires traits such as politeness, calmness, and a focus on customer satisfaction. The role may also involve providing guidance to doctors online and travelling across India. If you love technology, travelling and meeting new people this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully implementing the installation & training for Rymo's product portfolio in hospitals
and physiotherapy clinics
• Coordinating with regulatory and sales department for documentation and reporting
• Addressing customer queries promptly and courteously through various communication
channels like phone, email, etc.
• Documenting customer interactions and managing tickets using Excel or CRM tools
• Offering on-site & online assistance to customers for troubleshooting and upkeep of robotic
equipment
• Handling customer grievances and elevating concerns to relevant departments as needed.

Requirements:
• Spoken & written efficacy in English.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic components.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools.
• Previous technical support experience, particularly in the electro-mechanical machines'
domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer delight.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
