Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and software development, proven expertise in a variety of technologies, and leadership experience. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, managing a team of developers, and delivering high-quality solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
• Provide guidance on best practices, architecture, and design patterns.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and performance benchmarks are met.
• Manage resource allocation and team performance to ensure project success.
• Architect and develop scalable, robust, and secure applications using:
• MERN/MARN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential for current and future projects.
• Optimize processes to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical insights.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
