Ramagya Sports Academy is looking for Front Office to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff.
