React Lead @Immediate Joiners Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications using React.js
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices
• Architect and design scalable and maintainable front-end solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and provide recommendations for improvements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 8 years of professional experience in front-end web development
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of modern web development tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers is a plus
• Good to have MUI Experience
• Experience with testing tools like Vitest and jest
• Good to have next js
