Job Description
Interns will be aligned with one or more of the following functions and will also assist with ad-hoc projects:
- Product Operations / Onboarding: Assist with onboarding clients, accounts set-ups etc and ensure smooth operational setup.
- Investment Accounting (Reconciliation Corporate Actions): Support daily reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and assist with corporate action processing.
- Trade Lifecycle: Gain exposure to trade processing, settlement, and trade confirmation activities.
- Trading Rebalancing: Assist with portfolio rebalancing tasks, and related operational workflows.
- Data Operations: Support data validation, enrichment, and management processes to ensure accuracy in investment reporting and analytics.
Qualifications Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
