About the Role

Tikko Live is seeking a dynamic and proactive BD Agency Live Streaming Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of agencies and hosts, ensuring seamless operations, and driving performance aligned with Tikko Lives quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Agency and Host Recruitment: Recruit new agencies and hosts, providing them with support and attention to build strong relationships.

-Administrative Management: Oversee salary matters, bank information, contracts, and pay slips, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

-Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from agencies and hosts, and communicate insights to leadership for strategic improvements.

-Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure agencies adhere to Tikko Lives quality standards.

Competitive Analysis: Gather and analyze data from competitors to propose actionable strategies for improving overall company performance.

Qualifications

-Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a live streaming platform is preferred.

Proven experience working with agencies and hosts.

-Skills:

Excellent communication skills; talkative and adaptable to changes.

Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

-Flexibility: Willing to work from home and available to work from the office if needed.
