Mechanical Design Engineer

Lead and contribute to the design and development of mechanical components and systems for our cutting-edge instrumentation.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and manufacturing specialists, to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis, simulations, and testing to validate design concepts.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Should be able to generate concepts and detail drawings from it.
• Help manufacturing team to assemble prototype and develop proper QC method for the designed part.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering•Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, with a proven track record of successful projects.•Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.•Experience with team involved in designing scientific instruments
